In the height of summer in July, everything is thriving, just like every shining XINGLIGHT family member at their posts. To enhance the company culture and improve the employee benefits system, on July 24, 2026, the Q3 employee-themed birthday party for XINGLIGHT 2026 kicked off warmly at the Junshang IMAX Cinema in Zhonghang City, Futian, Shenzhen. This birthday party, themed ‘Embrace Growth, Stay True to Dreams,’ treated the birthday stars to a special movie-watching experience of ‘Kung Fu Women's Soccer,’ giving them a unique birthday wish.

Starlight enters, full of ceremony vibes

On the day of the event, the cinema was wrapped in a warm birthday atmosphere, and the decorations everywhere made every staff member present feel the genuine thoughtfulness.

Everyone checked in and clocked in in an orderly manner, took a photo in front of the backdrop, capturing their own special moment.

The company has prepared thoughtful movie gift packs for every employee — movie tickets, iced drinks, and popcorn — and has also customized special gifts for the birthday stars, sending a little surprise to show the company's care.

Birthday ceremony, warm together

The lights dimmed, and the birthday ceremony officially began.

At the event, we played videos of birthday wishes from the celebrants and heartfelt birthday messages from the company leaders, expressing gratitude for the hard work of the celebrants and encouraging everyone to keep chasing their dreams in the coming year.

Then, everyone sang the birthday song together and shared pieces of cake. The sweet, creamy aroma mixed with the cheerful singing, pushing the atmosphere to a high point.

The highlight of this birthday party was everyone watching the inspirational film 'Kung Fu Women's Soccer' together. In the movie, the stories of the female soccer players who face challenges fearlessly, work hard as a team, and stay true to their original dreams perfectly align with the team spirit that XINGLIGHT has always advocated.  

Everyone was immersed in the world of light and shadow, deeply moved by the characters’ perseverance and passion, and gained a greater appreciation for the theme of 'embracing growth and sticking to dreams' — just like the characters in the film, the people at XINGLIGHT are also giving their all in their own positions, with passion as their armor and persistence as their weapon, working together for the team’s growth.  

Celebrating birthdays joyfully, looking forward to the future. This birthday party skipped the traditional group meal and instead took a fresh and simple approach, focusing on the team vibe and the sense of celebration. It not only sent blessings to the birthday stars but also helped everyone relax from work pressure and strengthen interactions with each other in a light and enjoyable atmosphere.
