The XL-HD3535HIRC-A4 is a high-power infrared LED with a 3535 package (3.5×3.5×2.2mm) and a peak wavelength of 850nm (near-infrared, invisible light). It uses a colorless transparent silicone encapsulation and an aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, offering excellent heat dissipation. This is a 3W-class high-power infrared LED, with a maximum continuous operating current of 0.7A, a radiant intensity of up to 450mW/Sr (typical), and a 120° beam angle (dome design balances focus and coverage). It's suitable for SMT reflow soldering, RoHS compliant, has a moisture sensitivity level of MSL 3, making it an ideal light source for infrared remote control, surveillance cameras, industrial control, photoelectric switches, and other applications.
